Stunning and Expansive Estate

The host’s home is situated on a stunning and expansive estate. The property is full of life and charm — they grow grapes, produce their own wine, cultivate various fruits, raise adorable lambs, and make their own honey. There is so much to see and enjoy! The room itself is very spacious, sparkling clean, and well-maintained. The bedding, carpets, and furniture all feel brand new, reflecting just how much care the hosts put into their space. The host couple was incredibly warm and welcoming. They took us around the farm to interact with the animals — I even got to bottle-feed/hand-feed the little lambs, which was an absolute highlight! It’s clear that the hosts pour their hearts into managing both the farm and the homestay.

Comfort plus!

This place is an amazing luxury find, very well setup, warm, private and a beautiful setting. Everything well catered for over & above normal and great communicative hosts..felt like home away from home thankyou.

The only thing I didnt love were the rustly pillows, maybe they had waterproof protectors? But not really a problem.

Exceptional.

We loved everything about Bill and Phillipas cottage. All was perfect and the cosy fire being lit for us when we arrived was a wonderful added extra after a day in the snow.

Thank you Bill and Phillipa

Wonderful cottage north of Cromwell.

Absolutely lovely and really well equipped cottage within Poplar Estate amongst the cherry trees and grape vines. Super comfortable with every amenity one could ask for. Great fireplace, BBQ and outdoor area with a view of the mountains.
The hospitality from Bill was excellent and extremely welcoming. We will definitely stay again next time we are down there. Also enjoyed the wine, highly recommend the 2014 Pinot Noir.

It is rare to say, but there was nothing to dislike.

Stunning main house on the estate, located on the same 20-acre property where the hosts live. Everything was excellent. The two hosts welcomed us, showed us around the estate, and we ate fruit. You absolutely must stay here when you visit Wanaka and Queenstown.

令人惊艳的庄园大房,与房东自己住的在同一个20英亩的大庄园,一切都非常美好,房东两位迎来送往,带我们逛庄园,吃水果,去瓦纳卡和皇后镇期间一定要到这里体验下
